  • Describe what --verify-attestations needs and does in qlty upgrade --help (#2971)

Fixed

  • Count cached files so qlty check diff runs no longer report No modified files for checks were found on your branch when every changed file's results come from the cache (#2354)
  • Repair qlty upgrade on Windows launched from PowerShell 7, which could report success without replacing the binary (#2973)
  • Pin Composer and key PHP plugins on it and the system PHP version, so PHP plugins reinstall after a CLI upgrade or a PHP minor-version change. PHP plugins now need PHP 7.2.5 or later, which Composer 2.10.3 requires. A PHP plugin pinned in qlty.toml to a version with a known security advisory no longer installs; move it to a newer version (#2974)
  • Log only the variable names, not their values, when a tool's version check fails (#2979)
