A ground-up rewrite of kobe as a pure, offline HD wallet generator: BIP-39
mnemonic → keys → addresses for 20 chains. The repository is now a single
no_std + alloc library crate (kobe) plus a CLI crate (kobe-cli, binary
kobe). Signing, the vault, storage, every TypeScript package, and all network
functionality are gone — the stateful wallet SDK moved to qntx/wallet.

Added

• One kobe crate: Wallet (mnemonic + passphrase + seed, all zeroized),
  Chain trait (styles() + derive()), Account (address, public key,
  wallet-import private key string, raw SecretKey, chain extras), Style
  (path template with {i} iteration, aliases, wallet-compat labels, default
  start index), DerivationPath / ChildIndex (31-bit invariant enforced by
  construction), and WordCount. The crate is #![no_std] + alloc and
  #![forbid(unsafe_code)]; OS entropy stays behind the os-rng feature.
• 20 feature-gated chains — btc (P2PKH/P2SH-P2WPKH/P2WPKH/P2TR, three
  networks), ltc, doge, bch (CashAddr), evm, tron, cosmos (11
  presets + --hrp override), xrp, fil, kaspa, nostr (NIP-06/NIP-19),
  spark (bech32m, mainnet default index 1), casper, sol, sui, aptos
  (AIP-80), ton (V4R2/V5R1 contracts), xlm (SEP-0005), near, and ada
  (Cardano: CIP-3 Icarus / Ledger / Icarus-Trezor masters, ed25519-bip32
  derivation, Shelley base + stake addresses, CIP-5 addr_xsk keys).
• Derivation styles matching real wallets — standard/account/ledger-live
  for the BIP-32 family, ledger-legacy/mew for EVM, bip44-change/bip44
  for Solana, nip06 for Nostr, sep5 for Stellar — with per-style wallet
  labels shown in --help.
• kobe CLI: mnemonic generation plus one subcommand per chain
  (kobe btc|ltc|…|ada), mnemonic import via -m (or - for stdin), ≥4-letter
  word-prefix expansion, --style/--path/--index/--count selection,
  human-readable and --json output, and secrets hidden unless --reveal.
• scripts/vectors/ — an isolated Bun project generating per-chain reference
  vectors from pinned upstream packages; every chain is covered by both
  reference vectors and official spec vectors (BIP-32/39/84/86, SLIP-10,
  NIP-06, SEP-0005, CIP-3, cashaddr, rusty-kaspa addresses) asserted
  byte-for-byte in cargo test.

Removed

• BREAKING: the v4 multi-crate workspace (kobe-core, kobe-<chain>,
  kobe-vault) and the TypeScript monorepo (@qntx/wallet*, apps, Hermes
  harness) — everything stateful or signing-related now lives in qntx/wallet.
• BREAKING: transaction and message signing, the vault/key-store format,
  mnemonic camouflage, the kobe upgrade self-updater, and QR output.
• BREAKING: the Arweave module and the Solana Sollet legacy style.
