Traffic Light v1.2.0 — hardware controller + teaching tools

Release notes:
- NEW: hardware controller — drive a real Arduino traffic light over USB
  serial (sketch included, pins 2-13); virtual device for board-free demo
- NEW: pedestrian crossings — push-buttons, demand-served WALK windows,
  crosswalks and ped signals on the canvas
- NEW: guided lessons — 4 classroom scenario cards
- NEW: quiz mode — 'which axis gets green next?' derived from your plan
- 144 tests, CI green on Windows + Linux

Note: Arduino path verified against mocks; bench test with real hardware
