SuperLocalMemory v4.2.13

Three fixes for large stores, from reports on #306 and #304. No migration and
no command to run.

Fixed

• Alias keys find their entities (#306). Facts store entity IDs, and the
  key expander looked each one up as a name, so every lookup missed and no
  alias reached the keyword index. The name lookup also skipped its index and
  scanned every entity: about 3 seconds for 45 lookups on a store with 38,000
  entities. IDs now resolve directly and names use the index.
• The graph copy gets a fact's edges in one write (#306). Projecting a
  fact wrote each of its edges in its own database transaction, 40 on average
  and up to 203, which kept the disk busy during ingestion. It is now one write
  per fact.
• Graph scores are recomputed on large stores (#304). The memory watchdog
  stopped the graph-metrics helper at 2.5 GB, which a graph of 3.6 million
  edges passes, so PageRank and communities were never refreshed. The helper
  now gets a limit sized to the graph, within the daemon's memory budget.
