Nightly arm64 build of OpenEmu from this fork's master branch.

Two downloads:

  • OpenEmu-arm64.zip is the app, native arm64, with universal Mupen64Plus (N64), Mednafen (Virtual Boy, PlayStation, and more), and DeSmuME (Nintendo DS) cores bundled inside.
  • OpenEmu-Cores-universal.zip is the same three cores on their own. Copy them into ~/Library/Application Support/OpenEmu/Cores, replacing the Intel-only versions there. OpenEmu loads cores from that folder before the ones inside the app, so an Intel-only core left in place still wins.

First launch: the app is ad-hoc signed. Double-click the app, click Done on the warning, then open System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down to Security, and click Open Anyway. One-time thing per download. macOS also asks for Input Monitoring for the keyboard; grant it in Privacy & Security and relaunch.

Cores OpenEmu downloads on its own (NES, Game Boy, GBA, SNES, and others) ship unsigned and will not load natively until they are signed. From a checkout, Scripts/build-arm64.sh --sign-downloaded-cores does that in place.
