ampr-emu with LZ4 support

That's a testing version, feel free to open issues in this repo if you encounter any problems with LZ4 games.
Especially with Wolverine or Control Resonant.

This build is optimized for speed and stability and you will see "ampr-emu: rust runtime is loaded" if your game launch captured it.

To test - simply replace fakelib/libSceAmpr.sprx in your game folder packed as LZ4 game.
