The settings card drew its outline with --dsw-alias-border-l2 at 1px — the design system's internal-divider token (10% alpha) — so beside the official cards it read as having no border. It now uses the surface token every dsh card and input uses: .5px solid var(--dsw-alias-border-l4) with the official 16px radius, and the card's inputs take the same outline. Internal separators and the discard button keep l2, where dsh uses it too.
