[Bug] - Text overflowing selector component on smaller views and for longer text lengths

What bug did you find in the codebase?

The text extends over the arrow for longer text lengths and/or smaller views within the selector component:

A proposed fix would be for the text to be truncated with ellipsis if this occurs.
