fix: re-tag release as v1.2.0

I wanted to preserve the Agavi git history in the repository,
but the project is sufficiently different to warrant a new name
and resetting version numbering. I forgot to delete the local tags
and pushed all tags to github, which of course pushed the old
v1.0.1-v1.1.1 tags as well. Packages are immutable on Packagist,
so the only option is to tag this first new release with v1.2.0.

Bleh.
