Description

Reworks InfluxDB quickstart - adds two transforms using Quix Streams v2
Add topic on replacing Flux with Quix Streams v2
Add brokers section to Integrations
Updates brokers settings section in 'Create environment' topic, and interlinks with setup guides in Integrations
Move InfluxDB content to database subsection
Comment out tutorials not up-to-date or untested
Rename some top-level TOC items for clarity, and group under 'Using Quix Cloud' (there will be another section for local development at a later stage)
Comment out contribution guide as it's located in the docs repo anyway
