I have added a script that can recreates the Tutorials Website while directly using the contents from this repository. The index page generation uses the templates from the https://github.com/qutip/qutip.github.io repository.
The CI generates the index page automatically on every push in the
mainbranch of this repository. The page will automatically be published to https://qutip.org/qutip-tutorials/. Note that currently you can only find an old version of the index page at that URL.Until this PR is merged, you can see the new index page (created with the script contained in this PR) at this website:
