Thanks. I'm not sure if we want to keep testing equality (which means that the time zone should be included in the roundtrip). Also, changing this part is more difficult with the current state of the code. Please open a new issue/PR with an example where the equality test fails. |

Finalize specification. Most tests now come with a corresponding prose, only those where the behavior is not finally decided don't have a prose version yet (#88). This fixes two small issues with timestamp comparisons.
First PST is not a time zone. R accepts it without error but effectively uses UTC instead. See this R session: I am currently in the Paris timezone. If I use PST8PDT which is a proper timezone, it shows 9 hours behind as it should.
Second when comparing timestamps, I think we need to use equivalent instead of equal, because two timestamps with the same epoch but different timestamps would be different objects.
