Mention rig for testing R

rig has a user-friendly way to install the alpha version of R for testing:

rig add next

This can then be run in the terminal with

R-next

or you can switch to it as the default R version, with

rig default R-next

This should be added to the Testing Pre-release R Versions chapter.

Hii , @MichealChirico I am currently testing the alpha version of R , I had a question if I find any type loose corner in the version should just raise PR or there is any other process for it ?

@MichaelChirico Sir, The issue was just to add instructions for using rig to install/test alpha R versions. If those commands are now documented, then it should be solved. Let me know if you need anything else clarified.
