Document the padding to be added to the body for some Bootswatch themes e.g. lux, pulse cf https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.6/components/navbar/#placement , https://stackoverflow.com/questions/10336194/top-nav-bar-blocking-top-content-of-the-page

Also how to opt out of the highlighting css (as it won't look good with dark themes)
