Since wavjoin and wavsplit use direct.h, which only exists in POSIX environments, I ignore these files to compile for cross-platform compilation ability.
Note that not all the functions are exposed, since the purpose of introducing the macro is to avoid build failure on msvc in windows for now. I will expose all the functions later if I need.
