A project in pypi has already been created here:
https://pypi.org/project/rabbitmq-amqp-python-client/
scope of this issue is to automate the upload to pypi on every release.
We can reuse the rstream process here:
https://github.com/rabbitmq-community/rstream/tree/master/.github/workflows

An action able to upload the project on every release
