Project Rename

  • Renamed the project from epi_ml to epiclass across documentation, requirements, and codebase.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed test model checkpoint list: dynamically generated from fixtures instead of being hardcoded, resolving two failing tests.
  • Improved error messages when test fixtures haven't been extracted.
  • Fixed a bad chained comparison in chrY_zscore.
  • Removed a reference to a non-existent test in clean_hdf5.ipynb.

Other Changes

  • Added missing gprofiler requirements.
