Thanks for the pull request but this is a very backward incompatible change. Anyone who feels like changing this, can change the proc in their own apps. |

usage of DIV tag for 'field_with_error' output brakes paragraph tags in some forms
SPAN tag is less 'intrusive', so it is used instead
