Pry and ruby-debug19 causes spring to hang

When I use this gems in a project, spring won't start (no error, just hangs).
Removing them from Gemfile and spring works normally.
Any ideas on what's going on?

Are you using OS X? I think this issue is the same as #34, but I'm gonna keep this one and close that one as this one has a more descriptive title.

Looks like ruby-debug does also use readline, so it's the same issue.

Right, this seems to be an incompatibility with libedit, which is what OS X uses by default. I've just compiled a ruby with libedit and can reproduce the issue.
