Install from PyPI:

python -m pip install raims

• Clientes síncrono e assíncrono para as 68 operações do contrato público fixado.
• Parâmetros tipados, modelos somente leitura e paginação por cursor.
• Autenticação por chave de API e opções isoladas por requisição.
• Tratamento de erros, metadados HTTP e verificação de assinaturas de webhook.
• Idempotência informada pela aplicação e retries automáticos exclusivos de leitura.

Requer Python 3.10 ou superior. Valores monetários usam centavos inteiros e as datas dos recursos usam segundos Unix. Respostas HTTP 202 mantêm o significado de processamento pendente.
