Bigger features (help wanted)

• toolism proxy: serve any MCP server's tools already slimmed, with one config change (#34, design discussion first)
• More reach: HTTP MCP servers (#31), Gemini tokenizer (#28) and format (#29)
• toolism diff: per-tool view of what slimming changed (#30)
• Verification: equivalence certificates (#43) and parallel verify (#45)
• Accuracy: token counts that match provider billing (#44)
• Rules: SL004 with $anchor (#42), single-branch allOf (#25), SL002 hoisting (#26)
