Community Home Screen Sections

This will be used to share your home screen sections to be included in the list of community collections in KefinTweaks!

These will be available for users to pick and choose directly from their KefinTweaks configuration in Jellyfin.

The goal is to allow users to share their custom sections, while allowing for them to be shared in Groups with a Name and Description.

Users would be able to select a group to import as well as selecting which specific sections from the group they'd like to import.

The way this will be implemented initially is by me manually updating a file in the repo that contains these community created sections.

If this scales too much we will look for an alternative solution that involves a more automated submission process.

I will be updating this again in the next 2 weeks with more information!
