  • test: sweep-guard's changelog check survives a release moving its bullet out of [Unreleased]
  • release: give 2.4.9 its own changelog section; version-pin gate skips package-lock.json (third-party versions); reword prose that named the current version
  • init: gitignore .planning/CONTINUE.md so a wip auto-commit never tracks the /hmd:continue handoff (a tracked handoff is refused by design)
  • skill: /hmd:continue injects from a hook of its own, and only a handoff it wrote
  • hooks: every SessionEnd hook detaches its work and sets a timeout; one test covers them all
