Not signed by this workflow. The release key holder signs SHA256SUMS off the build host and attaches SHA256SUMS.sig (and SHA256SUMS.sig2 … when the release threshold is above one); the fleet's roll scripts refuse a release without it (docs/deploy.md, "Release trust").
