• Include an optional PDF-generation build step
• Move notes and exercises to accompanying docs
• Add extra content skeletons for advanced or alternate talks
• Use a different plugin or build-pipeline, to support markdown imports
  • subsequently refactor deck.md to allow for componentized deck
