I noticed that the 'dist/' directory is part of git - which I don't think is what you want since of course that changes on every build?
very early in the project, we were hosting the js from github instead of cdn. We kept it for backward compatibility. we build it on every release we publish

A very small fix so that the description field of response headers is rendered using markdown.
My editor automatically removes trailing spaces - hopefully that is ok.
