Adds the `sphinx-copy-button` plugin to allow users to easily copy code snippets from documentation. This was added to maintain a similar user-experience to other RAPIDSAI documentation sets that utilize this plugin. Signed-off-by: Colton Padden <colton.padden@fastmail.com>
