Added

  • Multi-purpose repos — WIKI_SUBDIR (env var + installer prompt) scaffolds the wiki into a subdirectory such as wiki/ instead of the repo root.
  • config.yml per wiki — holds the qmd named index (collection) and a log_queries toggle (default false) gating whether query ops are recorded in log.md.
  • Reserved, gitignored db/ directory (with .gitkeep) in each wiki.

Changed

  • Each wiki now uses its own qmd named index (qmd --index <collection>) so multiple wikis no longer share one collection.

Security

  • Hardened prompt-injection defenses in SKILL.md (quarantine source text as inert data, forbid acting on embedded instructions/fake tool calls, bar untrusted text from shell/tool args, flag detected attempts), with matching guidance shipped in the wiki-scaffold CLAUDE.md.
