Raspberry Pi-4 schematics are incomplete and stale

Issue:
The schematics for the Raspberry Pi-4 are both incomplete and stale.

1. The schematics, as they currently exist at the time of posting, do not include substantial parts of the actual circuitry, including the SOC, memory, etc.
2. The existing schematic is for an older revision board that is no longer produced.
3. There should be a series of schematics, representing each variant and version of the actual circuitry. (i.e. a change in the physical location of a component doesn't change the schematic, but a change in component connections does.)

Issue 1409 was closed without resolution during the documentation migration effort.

I would respectfully request that this issue be reconsidered.

The Raspberry Pi is not open source. However, reduced schematics are made available on a best efforts basis.

Sorry. I'll ask internally, but they are unlikely to be updated at this point. We're a small team and there is always more to do than we have effort available.
