add fix to hid-multitouch.c for Dell ST2220T

I have backport a patch from the 3.4 kernel to correct the multitouch support of the Dell ST2220T screen (torvalds/linux@ed9d5c9)
Could you integer it to the raspberrypi official release of the kernel?

No, the patch hasn't yet been applied. In general we don't want to backport random patches and risk breakage, but the underlying code doesn't seem to have really changed from 3.2.x to 3.4 and of course fpicarougne has done the work of regenerating the patch and testing (I assume you've tested it?).

Thanks for your prompt response. No, I haven't tested it because I'm not
quite sure how you apply patches, but it sounds as if it does exactly what
I need. Can you point me in the right direction to learn how to apply a
kernel patch please?

You can find here (https://github.com/fpicarougne/raspberrypi-hid-multitouch) the module compiled with the last kernel available with apt-get upgrade.
Just replace the old file (/lib/modules/3.2.27+/kernel/drivers/hid/hid-multitouch.ko)
If your touchscreen is already connected, before replacing the file, unload the module (modprobe -r hid-multitouch), then replace the file, and finally reload your module (modprobe hid-multitouch)
