First release.

A small Swift VM supervisor for Apple Silicon with no dependencies beyond macOS frameworks. It started as the smallest possible way to pass an iPhone through to a macOS VM; Apple's isochronous-endpoint rule ends that path, and docs/USB-PASSTHROUGH.md records exactly where. What remained:

  • macOS guests from a local IPSW, with first-boot user and SSH provisioning on macOS 27+.
  • Linux guests on Apple's generic EFI platform: install from an arm64 ISO through a local console window, or import a raw cloud image and provision the first user through a cloud-init NoCloud seed written in Swift (--user, --ssh-key, --disk).
  • One daemon per user over a private Unix socket. It never spawns a command, never handles private keys, and never writes passwords to disk.
  • create, start, stop, status, ip, logs, console, list, rm.

Build from source with make on an Apple Silicon Mac with Xcode 27 or newer. No binaries are attached: the daemon must be signed on the machine that runs it. BSD 3-Clause.
