Fixes
- WebMCP tool cache purged and resynced on cross-document navigation: Chrome emits no
WebMCP.toolsRemoved when it destroys a document, and it reuses the main frame's frameId, so the per-tab tool cache grew monotonically with stale tools of dead documents (webmcp_list_tools diverged from document.modelContext.getTools()). Main-frame cross-document navigations now clear the tab's entire tool cache (child frames get fresh frame IDs, so the whole tree dies) and a fresh WebMCP.enable is sent to resync: Chrome re-emits the full authoritative toolsAdded list on every enable, which is also what keeps BackForwardCacheRestore navigations correct (there the document is not recreated and no toolsAdded waves are emitted). Same-document navigations (Page.navigatedWithinDocument, e.g. hash/history) never purge — SPAs register tools on routes. Invocations are deliberately preserved so pages whose tool execute reloads the document can still deliver toolResponded, keeping webmcp_get_invocation usable after a reload.
- Per-tab state routing for four tools:
send_cdp_command, search_scripts, evaluate_on_call_frame, and profile_page_performance now read/write the per-tab state cache (CustomState, DebuggerState, DebuggerState, TracingState respectively) via session.<domain>_state(tab_id) instead of the default connection's cache. profile_page_performance failed with "Timeout waiting for Tracing.tracingComplete" whenever a tab was registered because the completion channel was registered on the default session's state; with this fix the completion event and the channel live on the same tab state.
