fix(ci): use tauri CLI directly instead of wrapper script

The wrapper script failed on Windows because it resolved
node_modules/.bin/tauri which doesn't work with execFileSync on Windows.
pnpm resolves the @tauri-apps/cli binary directly via "tauri": "tauri".
