Install fails with "/tmp/install.sh: line 1161: BUILD_FROM_SOURCE: unbound variable"

Describe the bug
The install script aborts with the message "/tmp/install.sh: line 1161: BUILD_FROM_SOURCE: unbound variable"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Shell
2. Run curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rcourtman/Pulse/main/install.sh | bash
3. Accept defaults
4. Script proceeds then stops with above mesage/error

Expected behavior
Script completes sucessfully

Environment:

• Pulse Version: Unknown, script doesn't finish install
• Installation Type: ProxmoxVE LXC

Additional context

I was having the same issue, this suggestion from @vsc55 fixed it for me.
