Merge pull request #84 to fix that --smallest-transformation-only discarded transformations with 2 or 3 cuts on the same atom, and to remove the min_radius parameter from _iter_num_atoms_for_radii. Added tests for --smallest-transformation-only and for --min-radius combined with --max-frac-trans.
