Originally, when dropdownMatchSelectWidth is not provided and the width of the dropdown is larger than the width of the Select input, the dropdown will overflow instead of adjusting position automatically. This change checks dropdownMatchSelectWidth changes the dropdown placement overflow.adjustX accordingly
