Patch Changes

• 401bc3f: Card no longer renders a hidden .card-reveal panel (with a duplicate title and close icon) when no reveal prop is given. Fixes #1247.
• e259762: Fix Collapsible defaultActiveKey: the item at that index now starts expanded (rendered as active, with its body open), and in an accordion the active item follows header clicks. The defaultActiveKey type is now number, matching the item index it is compared against. Fixes #1239.
• c84c94e: Pagination now falls back to page 1 when activePage is outside 1..items (on first render, when activePage changes, or when items shrinks below the selected page). Previously an out-of-range activePage left no page active and the next button enabled. Changing items no longer affects a valid selected page. Fixes #1244.
• d07c3b4: ProgressBar with progress={0} now renders a determinate bar at width: 0% instead of an empty bar with neither the determinate nor the indeterminate class. Fixes #1245.
• fb719fe: Fix Slider re-initialisation (when options, fullscreen or the slides change): it no longer crashes when indicators is false, and the current slide's indicator is now marked active again, including when it's the first slide. Fixes #1246.
• 04c0814: Textarea no longer renders an empty .helper-text span when neither error nor success is set; the helper text is now rendered only when one of them is provided, matching TextInput. Fixes #1242.
• 18b58f3: Textarea now applies iconClassName to its prefix icon, for both string icons and icon elements (the element's own classes are kept). Fixes #1243.
