v0.13.1

This release improves the unit testing experience by adding new single-threaded message buses and using the in the DispatcherSpecification and MockRepositorySpecification. Efforts were made to make these changes as backward compatible as possible, but they may break some existing unit tests in projects that reference ReactiveDomain.Testing.

Breaking Changes

• ReactiveDomain.Util.Unit has been removed since it duplicated the functionality of System.Reactive.Unit. Any code that referenced it should be changed to instead reference System.Reactive.Unit. Since the two are identical, updating references should be all that's required.
