Refactor resolveComponentDefinition into findComponentDefinition

Refactored resolveComponentDefinition utility.

• Renamed to findComponentDefinition
• Removed named export isComponentDefinition
• The utility now does a lot more than previously, check out the commit to see
  the changes in detail.
