Xcode 27 build fix (iOS)

• Fixed an iOS build failure with Xcode 27 in 10.56.0–10.57.0 (#645). The privacy manifest's resource bundle target (react-native-update-react-native-update_privacy) got the podspec's hard-coded 11.0 deployment target. React Native's post_install does not raise resource bundle targets, and Xcode 27 rejects deployment targets below iOS 15.0. The pod now uses React Native's min_ios_version_supported.
• Expo projects were not affected. There are no runtime changes; run pod install after upgrading.
• If you cannot upgrade yet, set IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET to 15.1 for the react-native-update-react-native-update_privacy target in your Podfile's post_install.

Xcode 27 编译修复（iOS）

• 修复 10.56.0～10.57.0 在 Xcode 27 下 iOS 编译失败的问题（#645）。隐私清单资源包 target（react-native-update-react-native-update_privacy）沿用了 podspec 写死的 11.0 部署版本。React Native 的 post_install 不会调整资源包 target，而 Xcode 27 不接受低于 iOS 15.0 的部署版本。现在改为使用 React Native 的 min_ios_version_supported。
• Expo 工程不受影响。本版本没有运行时改动，升级后重新执行 pod install 即可。
• 暂时无法升级的，可以在 Podfile 的 post_install 里把 react-native-update-react-native-update_privacy target 的 IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET 设为 15.1。
