[Feature Request]: Overlapped representation

Feature Description

In the Job Satisfaction ipynb, the graph x-axis naming the different satisfactions is overlapping making it difficult to read and understand. I wish to add a numbering system from 1 to 5 usually used in surveys.

Use Case

The numbering system would not only help in a better representation of the data, but also help in future model training as it removes object dtype from the data.
