Feature Description

I would like to enhance the navigation bar by implementing better hover effects for the links and buttons. The current hover effects are minimal and do not provide sufficient visual feedback to users when interacting with the navigation items.

Use Case

As a user navigating the website, I want to easily identify which navigation item I am hovering over, so that I can quickly access the desired section. Improved hover effects will help enhance the overall user experience and usability of the website.
