✔️Added Welcome Hero Section To Website!

I have created the Hero Section for the Website :

• Added Icons to the Repository Statistics
• Added Hovering Effects to the Statistics Stats
• Text-Shadows to highlight the Information
• Updated the Main-Text For the Hero Section
• Followed the styling which will look good for the website

Here's the implementation :
