Added Vercel.json and Changed Server Configurations for Deployment

Description

This PR -

• Changes the server configurations for deployment purpose.
• Adds Vercel.json
• Configures package.json for build purpose

Deployed Link - machine-learning-repos.vercel.app

Deployed on Vercel

Note:

The Project is Deployed on my Vercel Account.

@sanjay-kv if you want to expand the project and add custom domains,you should deploy the project in your vercel account(or any other hosting services) by following the given steps-

• Merge this PR
• Open Your Vercel Account
• Add a new project and deploy machine-learning-repos
• Once Deployed go to settings and add environment varibales -

• Add Your Github Token in the environment variables
• Redploy your project by going to deployments clicking on three dots and clicking redploy-

Additional Context:

My github token limit has exceeded right now,so give it some time before you check the deployment

@sanjay-kv you can either put the link directly in the info or deploy the project yourself and then put that link in the info section,i would suggest you to deploy it on your account as it would give you owner access and you could modify the dns and all, also kindly do tell if you are gonna deploy it in your account so that i can put down my deployment.
