Feature Description

Introduce a new GitHub Workflows to help the maintainer & admin of the repo.

Use Case

The new PR's should replicate all the information like tags, project, assignees, etc. from the issues they tag in the PR desciption.

Benefits

Faster PR review and faster feature releases to prod.
