Fix: Discord link, image rendering, and GitHub profile links (#650, #644)

Description

Fixed multiple issues related to images and links:

• Corrected the Discord invite link so it works properly.
• Fixed broken image links and ensured proper rendering on the Sponsored People Page.
• Added correct GitHub profile links and corresponding images.

Fixes #650 and #644
