docs: update community introduction for clarity and inclusivity

Description

While removing an outdated line, I noticed the community introduction could be updated for better readability and tone.
This PR refines the intro to make it more welcoming and inclusive for everyone.

• Rewrote the intro paragraph for a smoother, more inclusive tone.
• Enhanced Markdown formatting (bold emphasis and emoji alignment).
• Removed redundant or repetitive phrasing.
• Updated community links:
  • Added missing GitHub links.
  • Removed Slack link (no longer in use).
  • Discord link is currently missing; may need to provide the correct one.
