Red UI v0.4.2 updates the vendored Design System to v2026.10.30 through its official Svelte vendorizador (kits app + base).

  • Makes SecretValue, WorkspaceTabs, ChangeReview, ErrorBoundary and ShortcutHelp available through the canonical Design System exports.
  • Updates Button sizing and wrapping for long labels and enlarged text.
  • Retains the credential-bearing red:// and reds:// connection fixes and flexible RedDB capability detection shipped in v0.4.1.

The five new controls are available for product integration; this release does not migrate every application flow to them.

Validation: 879 official vendor hashes, Svelte checks, 664 UI tests, production PWA/embed builds, and real-browser checks covering public v0.4.2 and the five new controls. Desktop installers are built by the Linux x86_64/ARM64, universal macOS and Windows x86_64 release matrix. Stable downloads are covered by checksums.txt.
