MovieRecommander , Which recommends a new movie based on thie past movies he watched and he rated.

It is built on Spark ML and RMSE Regression evaluator.

Notes : We will use RMSE, which is the square root of the average of the square of all of the error. RMSE is an excellent general purpose error metric for numerical predictions.
