This adds the constraints back in, and adds the following:

  • You can now provide the -s flag with emp run to specify the constraints (e.g. emp run migration -a acme-inc -s PX)
  • Labels are now set on attached containers started with Docker.
  • Memory and CPU constraints are now set on attached containers started with Docker.
